For Partial COD orders, the customer may be required to pay a portion of the order amount in advance, with the remaining amount payable at the time of delivery.

Any applicable COD, shipping, handling, or payment processing charges will be displayed or communicated before or during checkout wherever applicable.

  • Verify COD orders by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other means

  • Request advance payment for certain orders

  • Disable COD for specific customers, locations, products, or order values

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Shipping & Delivery

9. Returns & Exchanges

  • In its original condition

For unstitched suits and fabric products, products that have been:

  • Cut

  • Stitched

  • Altered

  • Washed

  • Damaged

  • Used

may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Mannat Creations reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.

10. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, including where applicable:

  • Final sale products

  • Clearance products

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable

  • Altered products

  • Stitched or cut fabric

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

12. Refunds

Once initiated from our side, it may take approximately 7–10 business days or longer in some cases for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Mannat Creations is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or payment gateways after a refund has been initiated.

Shipping fees, COD fees, payment gateway charges, or other service charges may be non-refundable where permitted and where disclosed.
